Can I listen block change?

I want make a todo list app extension

  • How can listen a todo block status change?
  • How can query all diary pages undone todo task, and I can merge it to a new page again, or send back to todo list app

Listening to changes is not yet available but planned.
Similarly, for now extensions can only access the currently opened page - but we are working on enabling querying / loading other pages/documents across Craft
