Request for APIs to open new documents in a new tab/window

Would love if the navigateToBlockId also contained an optional argument for opening in:-

  • a new tab
  • a new window

Such an API will also allow for an extension to create saved workspaces :slight_smile:

And also another argument for whether to open it, or scroll to it’s view in the parent page.
